Getting Support

There are three main ways of getting support. Within the game, you can go to the Settings Menu (the Gear Icon at the top, trailing edge of the screen) and choose Help and Support. Here you can search the knowledge base or you can start an individual mail or chat session. On the same menu, you can also email an app log with a message or bug report - this gives the developer (me) a chance to see what was going on in the app when you were playing.
